Question

What is the difference adjusted end time and vendor end time? Where is adjusted end time coming from?

Background

If you hover over the time of an alarm in the alarm log, it will display 4 time values, vendor start time, vendor end time, adjusted end time and ack time.

Answer

Vendor Start TimeDirect load from alarm defined by asset model and alarm query from OEM data source
Vendor End TimeDirect load from alarm defined by asset model and alarm query from OEM data source
Adjusted End TimeUpdated end time from a "Ok Alarm" categorization in the asset model. If an alarm or event that is classified as an Ok Alarm occurs before the alarm itself is closed, it will update the end time and put it is an "Uncertain End Time" on the backend and display it under Adjusted End Time.
Ack Time:Acknowledged time, from bazefield alarm monitor.
